Position Summary:
The Cultural Division, Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Washington D.C. office is recruiting a Secretary to join our highly respected Organization. A Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and office support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Earned Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have administrative and office support experience of 2 years and above.
• Good working knowledge of common office procedures and office management.
• Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.
• Must have the ability to function and perform day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-cultural environment.
• Must have the capability to organize, plan and prioritize work.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, teamwork, critical thinking and presentation skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to interact with students, co-workers, and other constituents.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Advance knowledge of computer software.

Position Summary:
The Cultural Division, Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Washington D.C. office is recruiting a Software Engineer/Web Developer for IT Department. Key Role - Develops effective, defect free source code that meets office requirements and team standards. Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. Responsible for designing, coding and modifying website.
 
Required Qualifications:
Earned Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
 
Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrate strong understanding of software development/engineering.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills to design/administer/develop Database systems.
• Demonstrate strong experience in SQL database experience.
• Demonstrate strong programming skills. 
• Demonstrate strong software engineering/development experience creating web-based and mobile applications.
• Strong experience with: HTTP, SSL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript and any other languages and technologies are plus.
• Demonstrate experience and understanding of data visualization tools.
 
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must have the ability to function and perform day-to-day IT task in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-cultural environment.
• Must have the ability to solve problems and make pragmatic engineering decision.
• Position requires strong organizational communication skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, teamwork, critical thinking and presentation skills.
